  It was a good day with the family. The kids enjoyed themselves immensely. Would recommend not going on days with wet weather as some rides require to be stopped as they need to dry the toboggan slide and this can be time consuming. Otherwise it was a good experience and the park staff were very friendly

  Great amusement park. However don't go expecting Dreamworld or movieworld, it's a different type of amusement park. Magic mountain has a certain outback Australian charm and simplicity that you simply don't get at other amusement parks. And it's thanks to this that the rides lines are short, the tickets prices are affordable, entry to the park is free, and the staff are friendly and relatable. With rides including; waterslides, toboggan rides (which is surprisingly awesome), go karts (not great), a rollercoaster, jumping castles, slides, and even tree top climbing, Magic Mountain really is a must-do when around Merimbula.

  My advice would be to walk in and look around before lining up to purchase a "day pass", go back and only buy what amount of tickets you need. Depending on the age of your child their may not be much for you to do(They will claim there is though, namely "toddler town" which consists of very rusty old trikes and some beat up old plastic junk cars all crammed on together on a tiny circle of concrete.) everything is old, run down and just looks so gloomy and drab. I've seen others say things look unsafe and I have to agree (although I'm sure they need to meet standards etc.) We didn't like it and wouldnt go back but that's just us.

  A bit of a rip off with limited rides. Don't go there if you have kids younger than about 12 - they charge you double for rides by claiming the child can't ride unattended and then charging you to accompany them. Ended up paying $16 per ride just to accompany our children. Won't visit there again.
