  My wife and I enjoyed a superb dinner at Pier One. This restaurant has a beautiful view across the lake and is both modern and cozy inside. A log fire was crackling away on this cold night, adding to a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable of the entire menu of both wine and food. The food we both enjoyed was excellent. A comprehensive menu provides choice for everyone. Each course was mouth watering. We had a great Sunday evening there and I strongly recommend this superb restaurant.

  If we want to impress visitors we take them to Pier One. The standard menu is varied but there are regular specials that expand the range and make it a pleasure to keep going back.

  I had the (very expensive) scotch fillet special and was disappointed. It was over cooked, low quality beef, and a tasteless watery sauce. I guess the sizzle plate was supposed to impress, but I'm more convinced by the taste and texture than the presentation.

  Lazy Sunday Lunch.With lovely service and a fantastic view to complement the great food. Would highly recommend Pier One.
