Rude unhelpful staff. Waited 30 minutes ~ They lost our order then got nasty towards us because we asked for a refund. Clearly need some better customer service training. We won't be coming back.

Very rude staff, super unhelpful and slammed food and cutlery down on our table. Specifically asked for a skim-milk cappuccino and didn't tell us they didn't have skim milk until they put the coffee down in front of us. Coffee took a solid 10 minutes and food took 35 from ordering. Was rather pricey for what it was, and when the food got to us it was cold - eggs, bacon, sausages, all of it cold. Thoroughly disappointing. Normally wouldn't leave a bad review for anywhere but this was just a bad experience. :(

Bad service. Week coffee. More like a mum playing in the kitchen with the kids for fun than a cafe buisness. Ordered a bacon and egg role, came out with raw egg white. Desperately need a new business model.

Bacon and Egg Roll with Cappuccino for $10.00 was just lovely. Very generous amount of bacon. Very enjoyable. Lovely staff and ambience. Will be back.
