  The owner is rudest lady I have ever dealt with. I was given a gift certificate which I gave to my mother in law to get curtains for our house. My mother in law was told she couldn't use it as she didn't put in on the deposit. In my understanding, a gift certificate is treated as good as money in a shop. She then continued in her loud manner on the phone to me that they never provide refunds on anything EVER so please choose carefully when shopping at Dollar Curtains and Blinds in Merimbula. Treated and spoken to like garbage even after spending hundreds of dollars at their store. Would never go through them again, an absolute appalling experience, surprising as being a local business you would expect friendly service.
