  Great location and very close to the centre of town. Appeared very nice when we walked in, however, later we discovered that dishes were very unclean, still having pasta sauce from the previous people, oven still had splatter marks on it from who knows how long. Minimal bedding was supplied with a very thin doona, no blanket in case it was cold and a very nice note in the guest information saying that if we touched the bedding on any of the other beds we would be charged extra. It doesn't look like anyone has actually cleaned the place in a while. Very dissappointing and we will be advising people not to stay here.

  Unit 9. Good pricing and close to amenities. Have stayed multiple times but this last time was disappointed with standard of fit out. Kitchen chair tubing was broken at the weld. Overhead kitchen exhaust didn't work. Kitchen tap leaked heavily at the sink. One bedroom lamp needed globe (replaced). Electric blanket in second bedroom nowhere near a power point. Can opener useless. All crockery needed washing before our use. On the plus side, outside amenities excellent e.g. BBQ area etc.

  I stayed here for a holiday. It had the best scenery and other things like Free Wi-Fi, Indoor Pool, BBQ, Tennis Court and nice apartments. It has this nice beach feeling that makes you feel right at home. It is the best place to stay for a holiday in Merimbula. I recommend staying here if you want to have the best holiday in Merimbula.

  We had unit 15, right at the front. Great views. We were very happy, at first, but then soon discovered several not so nice things. Firstly it was not very clean, there was a mouse living under the couch in the lounge room. The ensuite bathroom flooded, and the toilet nearly overflowed. The curtains were hanging by a thread, I was afraid they would end up on my head every time I opened and closed them. Then there was the painting, a large one that fell onto my husbands shoulders, luckily it wasn't a child who got hit. The TV remote was held together with tape, and most of the time it wouldn't work properly. Being July, it was chilly, the lounge room heater was nice, but the portable heater for the bedroom was useless. The indoor pool was dirty and the spa was too. The people were lovely, but this unit does not deserve 4.5 stars. 3.5 stars would be more accurate.
