  What was really upsetting to me, though, is that the staff I was dealing with flatly refused to acknowledge that they had made an error, and even tried to blame me instead! Disgraceful.

  I know they checked their emails and bookings more regularly than once every 24hrs, as up to that point they had been very responsive and helpful.

  We had a lovely time here despite the wet weather. Cabins are clean and functional and we loved the lorikeets and wattle birds that come to the front door to be fed. Highly recommend and will visit again.
