  I had a fabulous experience at the coffee house in Bega shopping mall. The staff were fantastic, to the point of advising me the various temperatures of their coffee. I also chose their breakfast muffin which delicious and just the right size.

  Went in for a simple large choc sundae and received half a cup of slop with hardly any topping. Such a shame as its a really nice store with a great playground but the staff dont seem to care about their store.

  This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. If you could rate minus 5 stars they would get it. No frappe machine so all you iced coffee lovers you are out of luck. McDonald's prides itself on being king of the fast food, but this one prides it on getting you to wait and wait and oh we messed up your order so wait some more. The team is unfriendly and don't seem to care much for your business giving that they are the only McDonald's for another 30 odd kilometers. For a tourist hot spot you would think they would be on top of their game, but NO! McDonald's owners if you ever happen to read this please revoke their franchise licence as they are an embarrassment to your brand.

  My complaint is about ice-cream. You need to train your staff better on how to make a Oreo McFlurry and Chocolate Sundae. Went in the evening and the finished product was ridiculous. McFlurry prices are over $4 and the cup was barely half full and hardly any Oreo ontop. The sundae, looked worse than the McFlurry. Cup was 3/4 full and chocolate fudge looked like it had been sitting in a tub somewhere for a week. Try better next time. Won't be back. Lucky my local at BB knows how to make a proper ice-cream.
